MIAMI, Fla. — Marco has weakened to a remnant low just south of Louisiana, the National Hurricane Center (NHC) said there will be no more advisories.
Marco made landfall near the area around 7 p.m. ET on Monday. According to NHC's 5 a.m. update, Marco is 60 miles south of Morgan City, Lousiana, and is packing 30 mph winds.
Marco is moving west at about 10 mph.
Marco does not pose a threat to the Tampa Bay area.

Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Laura is delivering heavy rain and flash flooding over western Cuba and the Cayman Islands. Laura also does not pose a threat to Tampa Bay.
