Milder temperatures return to start the week.

You'll still need a jacket as you get out early on this Monday morning. Temperatures to start the day are mostly in the 50s. We've got a few high clouds around and a light breeze. That breeze will be a key part of our temperature forecast this afternoon.

For those that live away from the coast, highs will climb well into the 70s this afternoon and for those east of I-75, even some low 80s are possible. That breeze, out of the southwest later today, will not allow temps quite that warm at the coast. Because the water temperatures are mostly in the 60s today, those along the coast at the
beaches are likely to stay in the low 70s this afternoon.

Temperatures look to be even warmer as we move into Tuesday. You'll also feel the humidity increase on Tuesday along with more clouds. All of this is ahead of a cold front that will move through the area on Wednesday.

The cold front will likely bring us some rain on Wednesday, maybe even a few thunderstorms, before helping to usher in much colder weather for the end of the week. The coldest day this week looks to be Thursday.

Have a great day!
