TAMPA -- Florida Avenue will close Monday, Dec. 11 for CSX railroad track repair work on Polk Street. Work is being done over the course of four days.
Drivers can expect Florida Avenue to be closed to traffic between Twiggs Street and Cass Street. Drivers will not be able to cross the railroad tracks in this area.
Road work will begin at 9 a.m. Monday. Weather permitting, work should be complete by the end of the day on Thursday, Dec. 14.
