CLEARWATER, Fla. — As we all prepare to see who will win the big came on Sunday, Marine animals across the Tampa Bay area are weighing on who will be the Super Bowl champions.
"We definitely had a house divided," said Britany Cochrane with MOTE Marine Aquarium.
On Tuesday at MOTE, Buffett the manatee who has a 10-2 record of picking the Super Bowl winner picked the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
His friend Hugh the manatee, who has a 6-6 record picked the Kansas City Chiefs.
The river otters who are new to the prediction game were also split. Jane picked the Bucs while Pippi went for the Chiefs.
At Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Nick the dolphin, who has been on a six-game winning streak, picked the Chiefs to win the big game on Sunday.
"His six-game streak started with the big game last year when he predicted the Chiefs to win and he has been correct in all of the championships leading up to the big game," said Brooke Bowersox of Clearwater Marine Aquarium.
But Bucs fans shouldn't be discouraged, Winter, the famous dolphin at Clearwater Marine and star of the Dolphin Tale movies, picked the Bucs to win Super Bowl LV.
