ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The St. Pete Pier and the Tampa Convention Center Sail Plaza are hosting Tampa Bay Rays World Series watch parties.
Rays quest for first World Series title continues Tuesday vs. Dodgers
Starting Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Pier's Spa Beach Park there will be a live giant screen to watch the game. Each watch party will be a socially distanced gathering.
Masks are strongly encouraged.
Attendees will be given access to their own individual pod which will seat up to six guests.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. and all pods are available on a first-come, first seating basis.
Below is a list of additional watch party times:
- Wednesday, 10/21 - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
- Friday, 10/23 - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
- Saturday, 10/24 - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
- Sunday, 10/25 (if needed) - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, 10/27 (if needed) - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
- Wednesday, 10/28 (if needed) - Spa Beach Park gates open at 6 p.m.
The Tampa Convention Center Sail Plaza is hosting viewing parties Friday, Saturday and Sunday with pre-game activities starting at The Sail at 7 p.m.
According to the city, Big Rays and The Sail will be open for food and drinks. Outside food, drinks and coolers are not allowed.
There will be seating with social distancing available for the first 600 guests. Parking is available at the Tampa Convention Center and Pam Iorio Garage.
