TAMPA, Fla. -- The University Area Community Development Corporation is now offering free live, online, closed-group, support sessions for mental wellness and self-care through its "Get Moving!" program.

Guided by Licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist Crystal Clark, these "Coping with the Quarantine" support sessions aim to help residents take care of their minds, bodies and souls during these stressful times.

Clark addresses challenges, answers questions and provides tips for homeschooling, living peacefully with others, dealing with anxiety and depression. It's open to anyone in the Tampa Bay area community who may want extra support.

"Just to give you some more motivation and make you feel good about yourself because this isn't going to be forever," Clark said.
