ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Executive Chef Tyson Grant runs the kitchen at iconic St. Petersburg restaurant Parkshore Grill.

For just $25, you can get a culinary lesson from the local legend.

Chef Tyson plus several other top food talents in the area are teaming up with Feeding Tampa Bay for a special event this Thursday to help families in need.

"Fork Fight" is a virtual gala hosted by Chef Tyson plus talent from Ocean Prime, Haven and more. They will teach you how to cook and your $25 ticket to virtually attend will help feed 250 children.

"We're chefs, so we're stewards of making sure people get fed," says Chef Tyson. "Everybody has a right to eat."

For a bonus fee, you can order the multi-course meals they will be preparing ahead of time, thus helping the struggling restaurant industry as well.

"It's a win-win for everybody," says Chef Tyson.
