A Florida Highway Patrol trooper is recovering after being struck by a white BMW after a traffic stop in Hollywood.
Surveillance video shows Trooper Arsenio Caballero being hit by a white BMW 6 Series last month.
According to our affiliate WPLG, it happened on May 25 at about 3:30 p.m. on the exit ramp of Florida's Turnpike near Hollywood Blvd.
The trooper is sent flying over the hood of the car as the vehicle speeds off.
WPLG reports that he was treated for cuts on his head and suffered a broken wrist.
The car was later found abandoned, but the driver hasn't been located.
