RUSKIN, Fla. — A local teen gets his final wish as he receives his high school diploma.
The journey has not been easy for Richard Canales Calles, who is now the first member of his family to graduate from high school.
The now-graduate of Lennard High School is battling cancer and is now in hospice.
Richard's fight for his life has been going on for the last two years.
WWE superstar Titus O'Neil was there to congratulate the inspiring young man. Richard's three younger siblings and his mother were all there to share the special moment.
"Never give up. You will want this," Richard said. "The rest of your life... to have a good job."
