A little girl who survived brain cancer had her dream delivered on Tuesday when she met her favorite Disney princess in Boca Raton.

Surrounded by family and friends, 5-year-old Kinsley Wilkerson from Granite Bay, California spent quality time with Moana, her pot belly pig Pua, and her lovable rooster Hei Hei.

Kinsley was diagnosed with a form of brain cancer in Sept. 2018 and went through intense chemotherapy and radiation, according to her family.

But thankfully, her latest test results from June showed her to be cancer-free!

Kinsley flew to South Florida to meet Moana and enjoy a Polynesian-themed beach and pool day at the Boca Beach Club, including a private cabana for her whole family.

"It has been incredible. We didn’t expect nearly what this was," said Robert Wilkerson, Kinsley's father.

The wonderful day was organized by Make-A-Wish Southern Florida.

Kinsley, whose birthday was two days ago, said she fell in love with Moana after watching the 2016 Disney film every day in the hospital.

"She would watch Moana on repeat, so she pretty much has the whole movie memorized, including the music," said Anjali Wilkerson, Kinsley's mother.

Make-A-Wish Southern Florida has granted more than 12,000 life-changing wishes since 1983 for children who have critical illnesses.

"There are a lot of moments where you don't know what the future holds and you get these points and you say, whatever. Each day you kind of take it and count the smiles," said Robert Wilkerson.
