The Tampa Police Department is asking the public with help in locating Raymond James Thomas. He is 83 years old and a white male.
Mr. Thomas has been missing since Thursday April 28 under unknown circumstances.
Mr. Thomas could be driving a 1997 Dodge van green in color with a Florida license plate number of Z5FXQ. The vehicle is registered to him and a Silver Alert has been issued.
