Jabez Spann’s family is remembering him on his fifteenth birthday. The Sarasota teen went missing in September. His family believes he witnessed a murder in the neighborhood and that’s why he is now missing.

"He was just an all around good boy, he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time,” said Tillery.
Detectives said they are still working leads, but they don’t have much to go on.
"I don’t know if we are any closer yet, we haven’t developed any solids leads and haven’t developed probable cause to charge anybody,” said Captain Corinne Stannish.
Spann has been missing for about a hundred days.
"I think It’s safe to say that for whatever reason he is missing, it is not a good one,” said Stannish.
