PARRISH, Fla. — An enormous alligator was removed from a property in Parrish Wednesday.
The owner of Myakka's Gold Apiary, James Cutway, worked with a trapper to catch the reptile.
The alligator was 12-feet long and weighed more than 500 pounds!

They found it on a private piece of property while a maintenance project was going on.
The animal was not killed, but instead taken to a farm on the east coast.
This particular trapper typically relocates gators rather than kill them.
