LAKE WALES, Fla. — The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating the murder of a 21-year-old from Winter Haven who was found dead in a Lake Wales orange grove nearly a week after his family reported him missing.

According to a press release, Danne Frazier was found in the grove off Helicopter Road on Tuesday. Sheriff Grady Judd says Frazier was "brutally murdered" and his family deserves justice.
Frazier's family reported him missing on Wednesday, November 4 to Lakeland Police. The sheriff's office says he left his job at the Publix warehouse in Lakeland at 2 a.m. that morning and was last seen getting gas at the Wawa on Edgewood Drive about 20 minutes later.
Frazier lived in Winter Haven but never made it home.
"As we recreate the final days of this young man's life, we know that there are those out there who know what happened to him," Sheriff Grady Judd said. He was brutally murdered, and then dumped in an orange grove, and his family deserves justice."
