PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — The Humane Society of Pinellas is working with a Clearwater winery in an online fundraiser that features custom wine labels, and they're the perfect gift for animal lovers.
You can order a bottle of wine with a label that feature's your pet for $15 each. The money benefits the shelter and Aspirations Winery.
“Not being able to host events really affects the donations coming into the shelter,” said Eve O’Donnell, Donor Relations and Events Manager of HSP. “And if you’re required to stay home, what’s a better way than relaxing with your pet, drinking a custom bottle of wine, and supporting a local animal shelter all at the same time?”
According to a press release, Aspirations Winery has been supporting the shelter since 2018 and the two groups have worked together on other events.
“I enjoy partnering with the Humane Society of Pinellas because as a pet owner and lover, I believe that all pets deserve a chance for a good home. And HSP is a leader in doing just that,” said Bill Linville, owner of Aspirations Winery. “It makes me feel good knowing that Aspirations Winery can help.”
Blackberry Merlot, Cabernet Savignon, Pinot Grigio, and Tropical Riesling are all available for purchase for the custom labels. Pick-up and delivery options are available.
