ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — A 42-year-old St. Petersburg man was arrested Thursday after offering a minor $20 for sex, according to arrest records.
Jason Minkowsky thought he was communicating with a minor under the age of 16, but it was actually a law enforcement official.
Minkowsky discussed the age of the minor and sexual services before he traveled to meet them, according to the records.
He faces charges for use of a computer to seduce/solicit/entice a child, unlawful use of a two-way communication device, traveling to meet a minor, human trafficking and two counts of transmission of material harmful to minor.
