Kaller then left, and returned to his home, which is adjacent to where the student was parked, records say. Not knowing that the student saw him drill the hole, Kaller asked him if he needed any help.

After his arrest, Kaller told police he was upset because the student's park in the same area and leave trash. He said he was sorry for his actions, the records state.
