REDINGTON SHORES, Fla. — A Pinellas County man is facing charges after he exposed his fully nude body to an underage girl while catcalling her and her mother.
Police say 31-year-old Kenneth Duffley admitted to catcalling the victims while fully nude but said he thought it was a "funny joke."
Duffley admitted to doing it multiple times after he was arrested. Police say he would step out onto the grassy area of a condo property, completely naked, and catcall people. In one instance, police say a 5-year-old girl was among them but didn't see anything.
The victims who did see Duffley's naked body positively identified him. After the mother of the 14-year-old yelled at her daughter not to look, Duffley ran inside.
He is facing a felony charge for lewd and lascivious exhibition. An arrest affidavit shows that he was under the influence of alcohol at the time.
