CLEARWATER, Fla. — A man in Clearwater is facing charges after threatening another man with a gun during a road rage incident, an arrest report shows.

The report states that Jasmin Hercinovic, 24, pointed a semi-automatic handgun at the victim in a "gangster style" after the victim tried to pass him because he was driving slow.

Hercinovic then sped up to keep pace with the victim while yelling at him, the reports says. He told the victim to pull over so he could fight him.

The reports states that when the victim attempted to speed up and get away his car malfunctioned. Hercinovic then reached in his passenger seat, pulled out the gun and pointed it at the victim, according to the report.

The victim slammed on his brakes and Hercinovic sped away. The victim was able to take pictures of Hercinovic's license plate and positively identify him, the report shows.
