Pinellas County is mailing out this year's property tax bills on Tuesday, October 31.
Not everyone will be receiving a paper letter. That's because 2017 is the first year that tax-payers in Pinellas County have the option to get their bills emailed to them. The emails will be sent out Wednesday, November 1.
So far, about 4,000 Pinellas County property owners opted for email-only billing. Residents can also choose to have their bills mailed and emailed.
If you signed up, you will receive an email reminder from ebillssupport@taxcollect.com before November 1 notifying that you will receive a bill by email.
