CLEARWATER, Fla. — The Clearwater Police Department is asking for help identifying a man who exposed himself while driving.
Police say the man was driving on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard near Bayshore Boulevard in a green Toyota Prius.
He is described as a white man in his mid-50s with a medium build and brown hair. A woman who witnessed the illicit activity took a photo of him.
