Kelvin White, 27, was arrested for aggravated assault on Monday after the incident near the intersection of Sunset Point Road and Belcher Road. It happened around 4 p.m.

During the argument, police say White reached into his fanny pack and pulled out a handgun.

The victim told police White pointed to the gun at him and said, "I should shoot you," the report says.

White drove away and the victim followed. He called 911 and reported what happened, according to police.

White was arrested a short time later and admitted to the confrontation, the report says.

He told police he got out of his vehicle first and pulled his weapon out because the victim got out of their car, the arrest report says.

White told police he told the victim, "If you approach my car I will have to shoot you."

A 9mm ruger handgun was taken from him.
