PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — A Florida man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly inhaling the chemicals from a compressed computer duster can, police say.

According to Largo Police, Jacob Thomas Fliss, 23, was sitting in his car in the Walmart parking lot, when witnesses saw him huffing from what appeared to be a metal can. When the officer arrived, he saw Fliss place his lips around the cans nozzle and begin to inhale the chemicals from the compressed computer duster can.
