DUNEDIN, Fla. — A 25-year-old Dunedin man is facing charges after he was found with several child pornography images in his possession, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
An investigation into Joshua Williams began in November 2018 after detectives received tips from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
Through various investigative techniques, detectives identified Williams and recovered numerous child porn images from his cellphone.
After his arrest, detectives say Williams admitted to viewing child porn and storing the files on his phone.
He was arrested just before 9 a.m. on Thursday. He is charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
