CLEARWATER, Fla. — Clearwater Police arrested a drunk driver early Saturday morning after he was seen driving on a sidewalk.
Police say Corey Sapigao, 28, was driving erratically on Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard when he was noticed by another driver.

Sapigao was stopped by officers a few blocks away. Police say he told them he has never had a valid license in any state, at any time.
Sapigao remains in the Pinellas County Jail. He is charged with one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving without a valid license.
