LARGO, Fla. — Two brothers in Largo were arrested for child pornography at the same time, arrest affidavits show.
Allan Osborne, 72, and his brother Ralph Osborne, 67, were both arrested on Friday for possessing child porn.
After his arrest, Allan admitted he downloaded the porn from a peer-to-peer website with the intent to view it, but he said he deleted the files the day before his arrest. Authorities were able to locate the link files for the actual files on his computer through a forensic examination, according to an affidavit.
Ralph also admitted to using a peer-to-peer network to obtain the child porn, an affidavit shows.
The brothers were both arrested by the Largo Police Department, each with a $10,000 bond.
