ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Officials are investigating a deadly crash in Pinellas County.
Officials said Sunday afternoon, a car drove off the interstate at the I-375 ramp coming off I-275 South. The car then plunged around 40 feet into a parking lot of the water resources treatment center in St. Pete.
The driver of the car was killed, officials said.
At this time, it is not known how the car drove off the ramp.
