PASCO COUNTY, Fla. -- Firefighters are credited with rescuing a teenager who was stuck in a storm drain in Pasco County on Wednesday.
The Pasco County Fire Rescue responded to a rescue call on Pemberton Drive in New Port Richey. Firefighters say a teenager climbed into a storm drain and got stuck while trying grab a cell phone.
The teen was believed to be stuck for about an hour, firefighters say.
Thankfully, the teenager was pulled from the drain and they are expected to be OK.
