PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies say a Pasco man was pulled into a car, beaten up, robbed and nearly pushed out of a moving vehicle Tuesday evening.

The victim was sitting partially in the backseat of a parked car next to Tyler Bryant with the door open. Two other suspects were in the front seat.

That's when deputies say Bryant forcibly pulled the victim into the car and the driver pulled away. As the car was moving, Bryant and two other suspects repeatedly struck the victim and kept him from getting out, causing multiple cuts, abrasions and minor injuries.

The suspects also reportedly took his wallet and stole $1,700 in cash.

The incident was witnessed by the victim's girlfriend and a second witness, who both saw fighting in the back seat.

A witness said that at one point, Bryant was trying to push the victim out of the car. The victim was hanging out of the car a short distance from the pavement as the car was traveling erratically at about 45 mph.

The victim said there were three people holding him against his will and battering him.

Tyler Bryant was arrested and charged with robbery, battery and false imprisonment.

Pasco Sheriff's Office is still searching for the other two suspects.
