NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. — A naked Pasco County man wearing a woman's sports bra was caught on surveillance video committing several auto burglaries in New Port Richey.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, on the morning of July 14, the man was seen entering the U.S. Water Services Corporation's fenced parking lot on Cross Bayou Boulevard.
They say he then committed the auto burglaries and left the area.
“The video is disturbing. Being a victim of crime is never something anybody wants, but we were certainly surprised by what was on the video," said US Water Services General Manager Ed Mitchell.

Pasco deputies don’t find this everyday either.
“We did find it pretty odd. The only thing that we can tell that he is wearing in the video is tennis shoes, a ball cap and what appears to be a black women’s sports bra," said Detective David Garcia.
Investigators say the man took clothes, a duffle bag and some tools.
And left behind drug paraphernalia.
“It’s frustrating to be a victim of crime. It’s like going into your own house one day and finding out your house has been broken into," said Mitchell.
Normally deputies use clothing in a description of someone they are after.
In this case, it’s what the man isn’t wearing that really stands out.
“We are actually hoping that that helps us get a good identification," said Garcia.
