A man was arrested in Pasco County on Sunday after he zip tied children's hands behind their backs.
Pasco County deputies responded to a home on the 8400 block of Sunnydale Drive in Hudson.
Three children, ages four, five, and seven were fighting with each other.
The suspect, John Betz, 44, had zip tied the children's hands behind their back as punishment for their fighting. The zip ties were tied tight enough to leave marks on the children's wrists. The marks were still visible 11 hours later, according to deputies.
Betz admitted to zip tying the children's hands for punishment.
Betz was arrested for Child Abuse on Sunday and remains in the Pasco County Jail at this time.
