PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — Not every call into 911 is a true emergency.
Case in point: A Pasco County deputy responded to a bizarre call from a Florida man who called 911 several times to report that his roommate "stole his weed."
Pasco County Sheriff's Deputy Zalva was dispatched to chat with the man on Oct. 12. to have him stop calling 911.
Deputy Zalva posted a video about the call during a Tweet Along.
"So, I just received a call. A guy's calling in to say 'his roommate stole his weed.' $20 worth and he's upset. So, he keeps calling 911."
