With temperatures expected to drop into the mid to low 30's on Sunday night, some counties have opened cold weather shelters to keep people warm.

PASCO COUNTY:
The shelters, which will open at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 10, are located at the following locations:
-West Pasco: Joining Hands Missions, 3333 U.S. Highway 19 N, Suite 1 in Holiday. This shelter is open for individuals. Families can call The United Way at 2-1-1 for assistance.
-East Pasco: Restored Hope, 13703 17th Street, who can be reached at 352-437-4815 before 6 p.m. on Sunday, or Samaritan Project of Zephyrhills, who can be reached at 813-810-8670 to help them find shelter.
All cold weather shelters will close at 7 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 11.
SARASOTA COUNTY:
North County
Salvation Army - Center of Hope, 1400 10th St., Sarasota, FL 34236.
The Salvation Army will conduct its normal cold weather operation plan, which includes the front porch opening at 4 p.m., with intake expected to begin at 6:30 p.m.; the front porch will re-open at 4:30 a.m. and remain open until 5 a.m., when the welcome center opens.
South County
Grace United Methodist Church, 400 E. Field Ave., Venice, FL 34285, will open at 5 p.m.
