PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — One person is dead, and another suffered critical injuries after a crash in Pasco County on Wednesday night.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 9:45 p.m. on U.S. 301 south of Ashbrook Road.

Troopers say Donathan Buck II, 28, was driving a 2006 GMC Sierra northbound on U.S. 301 in the outside lane. For unknown reasons, troopers say Buck entered the shoulder and then over-corrected.
Authorities say Buck traveled across all northbound lanes, crossed a median and entered the path of a 2013 Chevy Malibu driven by April Musgrove, 43. The front of Buck's vehicle hit the front left of Musgrove's vehicle.
Musgrove's vehicle left the road, entered the west shoulder, redirected back across the road and came to a final rest in the grass median, according to FHP. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to FHP, Buck's vehicle overturned and came to a final rest on the west shoulder of the road. He was taken to Lakeland Regional with critical injuries.
