LARGO, FLA - Detectives have arrested a man who they say exposed himself to a minor at the Largo Mall.
31-year-old Jarvis Boatwright is charged with exposure of sexual organs and three additional warrants for failure to appear on exposure of sexual organs, and charges out of Clearwater and St. Pete.
He was caught trying to leave on a bus.
The crime happened Saturday before 3 p.m. inside one of the business at the Largo Mall.
The minor reported the incident to authorities immediately. Detectives said it appears the suspect is wearing a chef’s coat and not medical scrubs in the surveillance video they provided of the suspect.
According to police, the man masturbated in front of the minor as well. He left the area on a mountain bike.
