Drejka was not initially arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office under Florida's controversial "Stand your ground law." The case sparked nation-wide attention because McGlockton was not armed when he was fatally shot.
After the case was reviewed by the State Attorney's Office, Drejka was charged with manslaughter.
ABC Action News has previously reported about Drejka's history of confrontation and flashing firearms. Now, the State has officially filed a notice stating its intent to use the evidence of Drejka's other acts, against him in court.
