Hillsborough County Deputies raided a home on Jodi Drive in Lutz early Thursday morning.
Inside, they found 31 pounds of pot on the kitchen floor all within reach of a child.
According to neighbors, the child inside of the home was an infant, no more than 5 or 6 months old.
26-year-old Yesenia Lopez De Queralta and 30-year-old Carlos Malagon were both arrested for several charges including trafficking marijuana and child neglect.
Arrest documents say the marijuana was in 48 large plastic bags lying on the kitchen floor.
