SUN CITY CENTER, Fla. — A woman was struck by lightning as storms moved across the Tampa Bay area Tuesday morning .

According to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, an unidentified woman was struck around 11:35 a.m. in the area of Del Webb Boulevard in Sun City Center.
The woman was transported to a local hospital, but her condition is unknown at this time.
