RUSKIN, Fla. — A student is in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle Wednesday morning.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said they received the call about a student being hit at 6:45 a.m.
The accident happened near 901 6th St SE in Ruskin.
The South County Career Center student was transported to Tampa General Hospital. His condition is unknown, at this time.
