TAMPA, Fla. — A crash caught on camera in Ybor City has a neighborhood calling for safer streets.
Steven Holler says his block has been bombarded with speeding traffic in recent weeks. Holler partly blames increased traffic due to several new development projects under construction near East Third Avenue.

"I have no problem with progress, it’s the negligence, you know, just be careful going through neighborhoods," said Holler.
Holler woke up Thursday morning to the jarring sounds of a car slamming into his parked SUV.
The crash was caught on his front porch surveillance camera.
"I saw him going down the wrong side of the road not ever hitting his brake pedal, and just going right through my car. I was just shocked," he said.
PORCH SURVEILLANCE VIDEO OF THE CRASH:
It's unclear if the driver faces any charges for the crash.
A spokesperson with the Tampa Police Department said the agency hasn't seen an uptick in speeding.
Holler's Kia was totaled after the crash and was hauled away on a tow truck to Sarasota.
"I get a notification from SunPass that they’ve charged my SunPass account for a ride on the Skyway," said Holler. "It's baffling."
Holler is disputing the charge and continuing to call on all drivers to be careful when passing through his East Ybor City neighborhood.
"You have kids and animals here, blind corners, somebody's going to get killed," said Holler.
