Deputies with the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office have located a missing sex offender.
Carlos Mendoza, 41, is a registered sex offender and he has an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to update his residential address within 48 hours of change.
Mendoza's last known address was in Gibsonton, Florida.
