HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — A crash involving a jackknifed semi caused major delays on the northbound side of the Howard Frankland Tuesday morning.
The crash involved a semi and a dump truck right after the hump on I-275 NB. As of 11:37 a.m. the crash was cleared and all northbound lanes were reopened. Delays continue but traffic is moving.
Fire Rescue and EMS has arrived on scene shortly after the crash Tuesday morning.

Around 9:36 a.m. on Tuesday traffic was backed up beyond Ulmerton due to the crash.
