HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. — The Hillsborough County community is rallying around its teachers with a new Facebook page.
Two women started a Facebook page where people can "Adopt a Teacher."
Those who want to join can donate things to local teachers. They can donate anything from school supplies to hygiene products.
Teachers can also request things they need for the upcoming school year.
In one day, the Facebook page has already had more than a thousand members join the group.
