PLANT CITY, Fla. — A Plant City man has been arrested for sexual battery on two children over the span of 10 years.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested David Kenneth Buser, 72, of Plant City, after detectives investigated two victims' allegations.
Buser reportedly sexually battered a 17-year-old victim in March of 2018. Investigators found Buser had been committing similar sexual acts on the victim since 2008. The victim was approximately 6-years-old when the sexual battery began.
In November 2017, Buser reportedly sexually battered another 17-year-old victim. Investigators found Buser had been committing similar sexual acts on the victim since 2008. The victim was also approximately 6-years-old when the sexual battery began.
Both victims positively identified Buser as the person who committed the sexual battery.
The sexual battery occurred within a residence in Hillsborough County and were not random acts and the victims were familiar with Buser, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Buser has been charged with four counts of sexual battery on a child and two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
Buser was arrested and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail.
