BROOKSVILLE, Fla. — The Hernando County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) stated the situation involving a person who barricaded themselves inside a Brooksville home has been resolved.
HCSO issued an alert Friday morning to local residents in the area of Ayers Road and Arlanie Road.
The alert urged residents to remain inside and avoid the area when a verbal disturbance escalated.
