The Fairfax County Police Department calls this one "CARma."
Officers attempted to pull a car over when the man driving sped off and then attempted to get out of his car to escape, but that's when he forgot an important step... to put the car in park or pull the parking brake before jumping out.
You guessed it, the criminal got hit by his own car as it rolled forward and he tried to run in front of it.
Officers say the suspect is okay but he has been charged with DWI. This is his 3rd offense and he has a long list of other charges, according to police.
