Deputies are investigating after shots were reportedly fired at a "celebrity" pool party at the Clarion Inn in Brandon.
Video shows the chaos following as people run away from the scene. Deputies say about 500+ people were in attendance at the pool party Sunday night.
They did not locate any victims, but a victim of a gunshot wound did show up to a local hospital where he is being treated for non-life threatening injuries. However, that victim is reportedly not cooperating with detectives or providing details at this time.
The "DRC (Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie) Celebrity Pool Party" was put on by 2LIT Concierge and Event Planning and was heavily advertised on social media with the promise of celebrity attendance.
Detectives are trying to find any videos from the event or witnesses that may have information on the matter.
