A radio station in Kentucky has taken a stand in favor of the recently controversial song 'Baby, it's Cold Outside' by playing it nonstop for two hours.
WAKY serves the Louisville, KY area and over the weekend announced in a Facebook post that it would be playing the song from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Sunday.
Earlier this holiday season, the song was banned from some radio stations' playlist after some claimed the lyrics contained corrupt messages of consent.
However, criticism of the song has also been met with fierce defense of its lyrics, including by the daughter of the song's composer.
