Personal trainer Earnest Tyson with CrossFit Stone Dragon in Pinellas Park showed me that there's always time in the day to get in a workout.

Since we can find ourselves binge-watching shows and movies on our streaming devices, I asked Tyson about exercises to try right next to your couch that will be effective and help you get into better shape.

"Let's do some calf raises, hands straight to the hips, extend the calf bring it up extend the toes make sure the heel touches the ground, do a set of 10 easy set of 10," Tyson said.

He encourages 3 sets of 10 with each exercise.

After 30 calf raises, he says move up the body and do some squats.

"Come down and a little below parallel, get the pressure off your knees, I want you to go below parallel."

Same idea with the squats, 3 sets of 10.

"Now, I want to work on stability and core, shoulder taps. Take left hand to right shoulder, pick up speed, there you go."

Tyson also recommends sets of push-ups (try as hard as you can to get your chest to the floor) and leg raises.

And as always, happy streaming.
