TAMPA, Fla. — Feeding Tampa Bay is making sure people stay fed during the pandemic with Mega Pantry distribution locations in several counties.
Mega Pantries are equipped to feed over 3,500 families at a time with 175,000 pounds of food, according to Feeding Tampa Bay. That's 22 times larger than the typical Mobile Pantry distribution.
The weekly distributions provide three to four days of groceries, including shelf-stable and fresh products.
